Terms of Service

ClickKiwi (clickkiwi.com) is a B2B software service owned and operated by CLICK LOFT (PRIVATE) LIMITED, Flat No 106, 3rd Floor, Majestic Tower, New Metro City, Gujrat, Pakistan ("ClickKiwi", "we", "us"). Contact: info@clickkiwi.com.

By accessing or using ClickKiwi, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you use ClickKiwi on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that business.

Provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials secure, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account, the content you upload or send, and having permission to connect and use any mailbox. Do not share access in a way that bypasses plan limits or another user's permissions.

Paid plans are subject to the prices, billing periods, usage limits, and payment terms displayed when you purchase. Pay applicable fees and taxes. Access to paid features depends on confirmed payment and an active subscription. Any renewal or cancellation terms presented at purchase apply; cancellation does not itself create a refund entitlement. Changes to prices or material plan terms will be communicated before they apply to a subsequent paid period. International payments are processed by our online reseller Fungies (fungies.io), which acts as Merchant of Record for those orders. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

You may request a refund within 3 days of activating your package by contacting us. Requests submitted after 3 days are not eligible for a refund, except where applicable law requires otherwise. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.

Use ClickKiwi only for lawful business purposes. Do not use it for fraud, harassment, impersonation, malware, unlawful data collection, or infringement of others' rights. Do not bypass security or usage limits, access accounts or data without authorization, disrupt the service, or resell or redistribute lead data without permission. You remain responsible for ensuring that your use of contact data has a lawful basis.

Business and contact information can change. Verification does not guarantee that every record is complete, current, accurate, or deliverable, or that a recipient has consented to outreach. Check data before using it. ClickKiwi does not guarantee responses, sales, clients, inbox placement, or other business results.

You are responsible for your outreach, including its recipients, content, frequency, and compliance with applicable privacy, marketing, and anti-spam laws, such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and PECR where applicable. Obtain consent where required, identify the sender accurately, avoid deceptive subjects or claims, provide a legally compliant opt-out mechanism, and honor opt-out requests. Follow your email provider's rules. Access to lead data is not permission to send unsolicited email where prohibited.

We aim to maintain reliable service, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, technical issues, and third-party services may affect access, sending, or data retrieval. Features may change. You are also subject to the terms of any email, payment, or other provider you use with ClickKiwi.

ClickKiwi and its branding, software, and service materials remain the property of their respective owners. You retain rights to your own content and authorize us to process it as needed to provide the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information and connected mailbox data are handled.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for violations of these Terms, nonpayment, unlawful activity, or risks to users or the service. Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. You may stop using ClickKiwi and contact us to request account closure. Termination does not cancel outstanding payment obligations or guarantee deletion of all records; data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, ClickKiwi is provided as available without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or guaranteed results. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, business opportunities, or losses resulting from your outreach or third-party services. Our total liability arising from the service is limited to fees you paid to ClickKiwi in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not exclude liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.

We may update these Terms and will provide notice of material changes before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service and contact us about your account.
