Acceptable Use Policy

ClickKiwi is built for honest, relevant B2B outreach. By using ClickKiwi, you agree not to:

• Send spam, misleading or deceptive emails, or emails with false sender information.
• Upload or use purchased, rented or scraped consumer email lists.
• Contact anyone who has asked not to be contacted.
• Send to consumer (B2C) or personal email addresses for marketing purposes. ClickKiwi is for business-to-business outreach only.
• Send without a clear way for the recipient to opt out. Every campaign must honour opt-out requests immediately; ClickKiwi detects opt-out replies and stops all remaining follow-ups to that contact.
• Use misleading subject lines, fake 'Re:' or 'Fwd:' threads, or false claims about your business.
• Exceed the sending limits of your plan or your email provider, or use ClickKiwi to send bulk newsletters or mass marketing blasts.
• Promote illegal products or services, phishing, malware, adult content, gambling, or financial or investment schemes.
• Hide your identity. Every email must come from a real sender who can be replied to.
• Attempt to bypass sending limits, warm-up or other safeguards.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break this policy or receive spam complaints, without refund.

We monitor bounce rates, spam complaints and abuse reports. Accounts that break this policy may be paused, have sending disabled, or be suspended or terminated. Abuse reports sent to info@clickkiwi.com are reviewed within 48 hours.
